Thank-you Sheila. "Being there" in Victoria's Chinatown always inspires me. I was there this Sunday for the New Year's celebration of Year of the Ox where the Lion winds along from business to business eating the lettuce offerings that hang from each doorway, (symbols of prosperity and growth), picking up offerings of red envelopes and then using firecrackers to chase away any evil sprits. All this and good luck red everywhere!
