The Edge

This one "grew" from a smaller
Cowichan Lake plein air adventure painting.
These trees on the edge of the clearing
reminded me of a group of long legged, knobbly knee-ers
gathering strength from their togetherness.

It's true they're like birds, or ballerinas at 15 -- all leg and the fluffy top.

    Wonderful.
