Hi Linny!... Your "little one" certainly doesn't evoke the feeling... "chilly"! Rather beautifully warm colour and lovely arabesque... almost Art Nouveau forms! A real gem!
December Light is how you paint when you're forgetting all the world's buffeting - it's your style, restrained exuberance and refined rendering = excellent. Keep it coming ...
I'm a visual artist living in Victoria BC Canada. I paint in either acrylic or oil in what is described as "a visit to a dream" style and/or Linnyism. To me, the visual world is a beautiful combination of colors, shapes and light swirling together in rhythmic patterns that feel like a mixture of Robert Gordon's "I Want to be Free" and Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World". When I paint I bring my interpretation of this beauty to the canvas. Welcome to Linnyland and thank-you for looking at my interpretations.

Gorgeous glowing light in this painting!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful moment you have painted. It does look as though the sun struggled to warm the cool air.
