"The annual TD Art Gallery Paint-In was as popular as ever
Saturday during its 27th year, with artists lining Moss Street
for 14 blocks from Fort Street to Dallas Road.

The free community event was a success, as usual, thanks to
the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria and many sponsors and supporters.
Organizers expected a crowd of about 35,000 to mingle
