"Autumn by the Blue Bridge" is one of the larger paintings
that I mentioned in one of my past posts.
I'm getting ahead of myself in the seasons with this one,
(and I don't want to rush this year's glorious summer)
but, with all the talk of the fate of Victoria's historic
Johnson Street Bridge / "The Blue Bridge", I started thinking
that it may be the autumn of our (1924) bascule Blue Bridge - or is
that final decision still "up in the air"?

Oh, you have created such a magical place. How I wish I could visit it. I do hope that the bridge will be saved for posterity.
