Earlier this summer I was commissioned by
a lovely couple to create a painting in
remembrance of a special daughter.
It was my honour to create this painting
for new Linnyland Collectors, Jim and Alice.

Upon first viewing, with the colours in the
Collectors' beautiful home reflected in their painting,
the immediate response was,
"Linny, it's as though you painted the painting here!",
followed by the happy exclamation of,
"It's even better than I thought it would be!"
And later, "We see something new, something
more complex every time we look at it.
We cannot thank you enough."
