This painting of Victoria's Chinatown
is from a few whiles ago.
When I go to Chinatown early in the day these
two petite elders are usually together
doing their morning shop.
Year of the Rabbit is said to bring luck, peace and tranquility.

Your work is wonderful, I love your style and colors!
ReplyDeleteHi there Linny!.... I recognize that "non-Bell" pagoda-costumed phone booth... and that Oriental food store. I think those two ladies might even have been there as well!HAHA!!
ReplyDeleteMy (silliness)point being... Chinatown in Victoria is a captivating place... and "You" have captured it in all of its liveliness and colour! The cherry blossums really fill in the blanks!
A wonderfully playful take on a wonderfully pleasurable aspect of Victoria! Good one Linny!
Good Painting!
Warmest regards,
Bruce
