Beautiful painting, Linny! I sense the coolness of the air as it billows up from the river. Your signature of strong line and color blocking is amazing. Very distinctive. Very engaging.
Thank-you Melinda! Up until today the temperature has been summer warm and I'm still wanting more summer - it may have to stay that way a while longer in Linnyland.
I'm a visual artist living in Victoria BC Canada. I paint in either acrylic or oil in what is described as "a visit to a dream" style and/or Linnyism. To me, the visual world is a beautiful combination of colors, shapes and light swirling together in rhythmic patterns that feel like a mixture of Robert Gordon's "I Want to be Free" and Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World". When I paint I bring my interpretation of this beauty to the canvas. Welcome to Linnyland and thank-you for looking at my interpretations.

Merveilleux mouvement dans cette peinture, l'eau coule, coule et coule encore. Beaucoup de puissance. AmitiƩs
